What Kind of Subscriptions Are Available?

We offer 12-month, 6-month, 3-month and monthly subscriptions. Each month you will receive a new and unique wristwatch to add to your collection at an unbelievable price!

Can I Buy A Subscription Box As A Gift?

Absolutely! You will pre-pay for a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription and they will not renew. Click HERE to go to gift subscriptions.

When Do I Get My Box?

Boxes are sent out on the 1st of each month. You will receive a notification when your box ships along with tracking information. Month-to-Month subscriptions are shipped out within a few days of the date the first order is placed and then subsequently on the anniversary of the original order date.  For instance, if you order on Feb. 15th, your first order will ship out within 2-3 business days and from then on, orders will ship out on the 15th of every month.

What are the weekly drawings for?

When Will I Get Charged?

For our pre-paid subscriptions, you will be charged immediately for the entire subscription period, plus shipping. For our monthly ongoing subscriptions, you will be charged immediately and then on your anniversary date each month.

Why Should I Pre-pay For A Subscription vs. Monthly Ongoing?

When you pre-pay for a subscription box, you are saving a boat load of money per box! For a 1-year subscription, you are saving $218 per year vs a monthly ongoing subscription. For a 6-month subscription, you are saving $168 per year and for a 3-month subscription, you are saving $88 per year.

What If I Don't Like The Watch I Receive?

While we believe that you will never be disappointed in your monthly watch box, we have set up a private Facebook group for Watch Box members to trade watches with each other as they like. Click HERE to request access to the page. Your request will be granted within 24 hours as long as you are a subscription member.

What Do I Do If I Need To Service My Watch?

Each of our watches comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects and on the watch movement. The warranty does not cover every day wear and tear or the straps unless defective. We service all of our watches at our headquarters located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Please visit our CONTACT US page to make a service inquiry and for our address. We are also open to the public Monday-Friday from 10am to 4pm!

How do I cancel my subscription?

When you purchase a subscription, you should create an account.  Simply log into the account.  There will be a link to cancel your subscription.  Prepaid subscriptions cannot be canceled after the first box ships.  Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled any time.  If you cancel your month-to-month subscription after your card has been charged for that month, you will receive that month's subscription box.  Your cancellation will be effective for the next month's shipment, onward.
